Why I do what I do

Since I can remember, people have always been at the center of everything I value. Even in business, as technology advances and automation increases, people are still the heartbeat of it all. Personally, I’ve never been able to separate myself from my passion and desire for helping others. This business is built around just that, helping others. What gives me life, no matter the medium, is helping others grow and work towards achieving their goals. My hope for every client that I work with is for them to leave more equipped and ready to continue the work we started on their own.

  • Individuals

When working with individuals, I combine psychology, critical thinking, and risk analysis with truth and grace to empower you on your journey towards growth. My approach is personable and combines a mix of in person or virtual sessions that focus on your personal goals. Incorporating current and proven methods from the field of coaching, while drawing from my advanced degree in psychology, and my ongoing education.

  • Businesses

In business flexibility is key, which is why my approach adapts to each of my clients specific needs, while following a proven formula that starts with Intake & Understanding: By listening and ensuring I understand, while taking in the information, and confirming your needs. Get to Know Me

Hi, I’m Keith Holmes, the owner and operator of The Collective Coach. I provide coaching and consulting services for individuals, groups, and businesses who are seeking growth. I specialize in personal and professional development.

My personal development work with clients is focused on coaching high functioning individuals who are navigating challenging life circumstances, such as parenting, separation, addiction, relationships, or those seeking help with achieving their goals. Professionally, I enjoy working with leaders who want to become more effective, leadership teams seeking more cohesion, inexperienced leaders, and individuals looking to advance in their careers. My business consulting work is focused on sales and operations, with an emphasis on developing team members and creating operational platforms and teams that are built for growth.

I believe that my approach to coaching is unique because of the variety of resources and educational tools that I incorporate. During our time together, I will pull from my Masters in Psychology program at Pepperdine University, the experiences I gained as a leader and executive at various startups and large corporations, and lastly my own personal development work over the past 20+ years. All of these resources and information will be at your disposal during our time together, in order to provide you with the resources that can move you closer to your individual goals.
